His Mercy

"His Mercies Are New Every Morning"

A Thought

In this life we can not always do great things. But we can do small things with great love.." :) Mother Teresa

Prayer Quote

“I pray because I can't help myself. I pray because I'm helpless. I pray because the need flows out of me all the time- waking and sleeping. It doesn't change God- it changes me.”
― C. S. Lewis

Faith

I believe in the sun even when it's not shining. I believe in love even when I don't feel it. And I believe in God even when He is silent. (quote found on the wall of a concentration camp)

The Difference of TRUE FARM FRESH

I never knew there was a difference in eggs or how they tasted until we started raising chickens in 1998.
But just to show a real difference.  Here is a picture of a store bought ORGANIC FREE RANGE egg, vs. Our homegrown, ORGANIC FREE RANGE egg.  Guess which one is ours!
If you guessed the one on the right, you are correct.  Maybe we just have more bugs and worms to choose from ??

I'm probably going to get this wrong-like REALLY WRONG-but here goes... I'm guessing the orange yellowish one is the homegrown egg... Cuz my eggs that I use in the morning are often pale yellow. But then they are brown eggs so.... are yous brown or white eggs?

You are correct. The deeper yellow is our egg. :)

I have stared eating "home grown" eggs since a friend of mine dad has retired. They taste so nice you don't have to add anyting to them not even salt. And they look all suntanned don't they?
