Whole Fish and Eye Balls

Anna requested that we make whole fish instead of just fillets.... So, I got brave and bought some fish with heads and all....and boy was she excited!
I thought they were rather pretty on the dish!

 We don't usually kiss our fish, but this was a special occasion. :)

 Note, the inactivity of Erika and Sarah..... :)
Anna asked if she could eat the eyeball.  Alli wanted to try it too.   The other two girls..... thought that was a rather disgusting idea. LOL
So..... if you ever want to know what a fish eye tastes like.... you will have two opinions here:

And all the fish was gone!  It really did taste delicious, much better than just buying the fillets, even though the bones were a little annoying......
