Our grand daughter Katie played Oboe tonight in the Barnett Jr. High Honor's Band.
She did a great job. This band sounds fantastic. They are 7th and 8th graders.

The video is terrible. We need a new camera. But the sound: They were fanstastic! They are rated #2 in the U.S. for Jr. High Bands! Yea Katie!

Katie's band does sound great; it's no surprise that they're the number 2 band in the nation. It reminds me of my days in the honor band in Clackamas, Oregon...(fade to a long forgotten memory using warm lighting and a soft focus filter).
