Ever Feel Stuck?

I think I'm stuck in permanent menopause. LOL  There is NO winter around here. No, it is always Summer and never Winter within this skin! :)
So, my thermostat is stuck.... but there is something else stuck.  I am trying to organize and I am not an organizer.  I am not messy, but I easily get distracted.... and my projects go unfinished.  I have GOT to beat this! 
I have an outline, I just need to fill it in.  UGH
