Cauliflower Pizza Crust?? REALLY??

I am SOOO Gonna try this!!! 

After I try it and tweak it, I'll post a recipe.  There are several online.

Oh my gosh! I just made one of those pizzas last week. I got the recipe from "Wheat Belly". It was more like a casserole than like a pizza , kinda loose and runny. Can't wait to hear how yours goes. :-)
